Desserts are yummy, but not all desserts are healthy. These chocolate coconut cubes fit the bill! Delicious, healthy, and candida-diet allowed.
After about 1 hr. you can twist the ice cube trays and they’ll pop out just like ice cubes. (They melt quickly at room temperature).
Note: You can omit the nut butter if desired, but they will lose their 'fudgy' texture. We've also had fun dropping an almond into each square of the ice cube tray for a nice surprise when you bite into it.
