This Cactus Bread is really good. But there's a lot of sugar, so make this a rare treat!

  • 1 tablespoon milk (or milk substitute)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  1. Prepare Gluten-free Pizza Crust according to directions. Do not bake.

  2. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons of melted butter over the unbaked Gluten-free Pizza Crust. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon over the whole crust.

  4. Combine streusel with a fork and sprinkle over entire crust.
  5. Place pizza in the oven and bake at 500 degrees F for 10 minutes until streusel is bubbling.
  6. Remove pizza and let cool while you are combining the frosting.
  7. Drizzle frosting over pizza.

This is a great crust for either a dessert pizza or 'regular' pizza.
