Depending on where you live, many of the ingredients you need may not be available at your local grocery store. Like Sarah, you may have a fantastic health food store near you that carries almost everything, or like Paula, your driveway is permanently engraved with UPS tire tracks. Either way, we’ve created this list to help you on shopping day. These particular items are our recommendations.
We understand that every family has its own budget (we can’t always buy organic either) and preferred brands, so simply do the best you can. We will acknowledge though, that quality products tend to lead to a finer end result.
