Each of the 3 steps in Phase 1 are critical for balancing hormones, creating a strong metabolism, and effective fat-burning. You’ll discover which tweaks and changes your body needs to start creating a foundation firm enough to last a lifetime.
In phase 2 we’ll start building on our foundation by learning and implementing key lifestyle factors that are critical for hormones to get back in balance and stay there. These will be fun, yet challenging – and you’ll see the results!
The three steps in phase 3 are the finishing touches to understanding how your body burns fat most effectively, and removing any last roadblocks that would prevent it. These steps are important for the long-lasting results you’ll love.

While your goals look good on paper, we’re going to help you reach them with custom tracking worksheets to keep tabs on your daily habits and measurements.
You’ll be guided through each step of each phase with a variety of videos, downloadable PDF’s, and checklists that go into detail about what your goal is for that section, and how to know when you’re ready to move on to the next.
Throughout the program you’ll fill out questionnaires that help pinpoint which hormones are out of balance, which ones are being corrected, what your body burns for fuel – and individualized protocols to address any issues we find.
As a member of Metabolism Unlocked you’ll receive healthy recipes and optional menu plans that include a daily to-do list and shopping list you can access from your smartphone while in the store. We take the headache away and focus on getting you results. Need more ideas? Just ask in the support group!
Are you an exercise beginner, advanced, or somewhere in between? We have a variety of exercises ranging from walking, to ‘restoration exercises’, weighted workouts, cardio, and yoga. No matter where you are in your exercise journey, we’ll help you use them to create a healthy metabolism.

I’ve sat where you’ve sat.
Tired, frustrated, and disillusioned that once again my latest weight loss attempt had ended in failure.
I craved chocolate, sweets, salty snacks, and bread. I could go 2-3 weeks without a crumb passing my lips, but then that single brownie I thought I could handle turned into two and three more.
Before I knew it, I was allowing myself several days of ‘snacks’ which turned into a week.
The numbers on the scale dictated my day. The clothes that hung in my closet (too small, but one day I’d get there!) – mocked me. I avoided clothes shopping. I blamed multiple pregnancies (7), my age, heredity, and a dryer that shrank clothes.
But then one day I stopped blaming. I stood back and realized that God didn’t create us to become consumed with our weight, but to take care of the bodies He’s given us. We’re each uniquely created – from the color of our eyes to the way our body gains and loses weight.
Today I have the honor of sharing my knowledge and passion with women around the world. I help women, like you and me – stop the weight loss rollercoaster, lose inches, and reshape their bodies.
Hormones are just one area addressed in Metabolism Unlocked. They’re unique in that they all affect each other. When you mess with one hormone, it has an affect on other hormones. In Metabolism Unlocked Paula never recommends randomly choosing a hormone and ‘fixing’ it and then picking another one to fix. Instead, she shows you a gentle plan to correct imbalances that will benefit your other hormones.
Each person is individual so the time it takes to balance your body will be different for everyone. It depends on your health history, your ‘dieting’ history, your lifestyle, and your willingness to implement changes. A rough estimate is 3 – 12 months. The longer you’ve struggled, the longer time-frame you should be prepared for.
We do offer ongoing support for those who want it or as needed – on a quarterly basis. You’ll have the opportunity to continue your support (for a fraction of the price) once the original 9-month membership comes to an end.
We have a large variety of exercises, workouts, and modifications that will work for everyone, no matter their age or fitness level. If you need any help at all – Paula is always there to customize and make it work for you.
