I love pancakes.
They’re one of my favorite comfort foods. And the best part? You can eat them for any meal of the day! I mean, what’s not to love about fluffy, round pancakes with a big ol’ glob of peanut butter, cradled in thick, rich syrup!?

It wasn’t until our family discovered we were dealing with food allergies and candida that the pesty research bug got ahold of me. . .and then I realized that my love for pancakes looked more like this:
