A huge part of healing your gut (and losing weight) is stepping up to the plate and saying enough is enough. By making the decision to start this program, you've already made a huge shift in the right direction. That’s a big deal! And now we’re going to set the wheels in motion.

As we get started on the journey to ultimate health, I want you to remember that this is a JOURNEY. Obviously no one’s perfect, but if you’re not willing to give it your all, you’re wasting your time, your health, and the investment you put into this program.

Step 2 of 6: Login

This is the Kicking Candida portal - where everything you need is located.

Login below with the email and password you created when you purchased the program.


Step 3 of 6: Fill Out Questionnaires

You'll see several questionnaires inside the portal. These will need to be filled out before we can start (they give me permission to work with you as a coach). Please have these completed and marked as “CHECKED IN” a few days before our Getting Started Call.


Step 4 of 6: Schedule Getting Started Call

Please schedule your 45-min. Getting Started Call to take place after all your questionnaires have been filled out. Schedule HERE.


Step 5 of 6: Plug into Support
