    i have been gluten free for over ten years, and am trying to find more buckwheat based recipes, and i have to tell you, your chocolate cake is just fabulous! It is my go to cake for birthdays and holidays. I have substituted chopped apples for zucchini, and carob for chocolate, and honey for the sugar and it is still Fabulous! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe. And it is FODMAP friendly too.
