hi the only grain i can have are oats,wild rice,teff,quinoa,i can have dairy,nuts. no baker’s yeast,no potato,no chickpea.can i made a sourdough starter with this and can you tell me how.i would love some bread. thank you
I’ve never attempted gluten-free sourdough, which is what you’d be making. However, I know Sharon over at Gluten-Free Sourdough has been perfecting this idea for a few years.
I’m debating starting the candida diet, but I’m at a complete loss when it comes to what to eat for breakfast. Right now, I mostly eat gluten-free whole grain hot cereal, like quinoa or oats. I usually add half a cup of fruit and top it with nuts. But from what I see here, that is not allowed. Any suggestions?
I’ve been making a lot with eggs in the mornings. Omelets with broccoli, onions, and green peppers. Scrambled eggs and bacon. Scrambled eggs in muffin tins with sausage – they pop out like a muffin. 🙂 Sometimes coconut flour pancakes or muffins.
But I’ve learned that breakfast doesn’t necessarily have to be typical breakfast foods either. Left over chicken, maybe a salad with hard boiled eggs and ham. . .
