There’s a saying: “We are what we eat.”

I’ve never found that more true than in the age we live now.

Diseases, sickness, and mental health are all effected by what we eat. Processed foods (foods that are readily available and ‘conveniently’ boxed, packaged, and resemble the scratch n’ sniff ease of preparing) are genetically-modified, ‘enhanced’, stripped of their nutrients, then tarred, feathered, stomped on, and buried in some other way. It’s these foods that are creating havoc in our bodies.

So what’s a person to do?

Eat clean. Learn about whole foods. Focus on foods that heal and build up immunity rather than tear it down. Foods that taste delicious and really are nutritious.
