    I mix it at 1/4c acv, 2 T honey, 1 c water and sip it a couple of times a day for allergy relief! It takes about a week to notice results, but for year long allergy sufferers like me, it’s wonderful! I also started making it myself to keep the cost down. Very satisfying! Great article thx!

    When I need a digestive boost, I have a 30mL shot of ACV in the morning, 15min before breakfast to help stimulate HCl and digestive enzymes. Works great!
