Nothing says fall like pumpkins. Except maybe football. boots. snuggling. and sweaters.

Once October hits it’s like a switch goes off and you want to eat all the pumpkin you can. Pumpkin pie. Pumpkin cookies. Pumpkin Cheesecake. Pumpkin Bars. And a big pumpkin caboose. Oh, wait. That’s what happens after all the pumpkin goodies.

So how can you enjoy all your pumpkin goodness without needing to join a gym come January?

    Sugar? too much sweet can add fats too on our body right? and diabetes, that’s what I thought. Correct me if I’m wrong.
