Are you still making excuses for not exercising? I know I was until last April. I could find a million reasons not to get my bootie up and moving. There were always kids needing to be schooled, laundry piles 5 feet high and 10 feet long (you think I’m joking), dishes that never stopped, and Pinterest to be distracted by (oh, wait, um, maybe that’s just me heehee). Where, oh, where could a busy mom possibly find time to exercise?
Then I found the T-Tapp workout program (cue triumphant music!).
I had been struggling to lose weight for months, when I stumbled upon T-Tapp in a Facebook group. Lady after lady was gushing about how awesome T-Tapp was. How, in 15 minutes a day, they were losing inches! Their pants were falling off! Their backs didn’t hurt after years of pain! Their adrenal fatigue was getting better! And the testimonies went on and on and on.
My first thought was, “Uh, all that in 15 minutes? Pffft!”
Yep, I totally doubted it. I was a T-Tapp Doubter—note the capital D. Big Doubter. But staying in the group meant the stories kept coming. It seemed like every few days someone else was talking about T-Tapp and finally, guess what? There was a sale. Yup, I’m a sucker for a good sale, so I bought the Basic Workout Plus DVD set.
If you watch the You-Tube videos you might think it looks easy, but the first time I tried it I remember thinking, “Okay, this is no joke!”
Warning: it’s harder than it looks!
It’s not so hard that you can’t do it though. You can, I promise, but so can marathon runners. Yup, the stronger you get, the better your form gets and, well, you just get more and more awesomely sleek muscles. T-Tapp builds muscles, girls. Not bulky man muscles. Long, sleek, gorgeous muscles! Want a back full of beautifully toned muscles? T-Tapp!
Yup, what they said! Basically, you use your own muscles, and certain stances to make your body look awesome!
My new friend Lauren from T-Tapp sent me this great description that will get you even more excited: “T-Tapp can help you! The T-Tapp Method of muscle activation increases mind-to-muscle nerve transmission to target areas of concern. If you think about it, without specifically activating muscle groups on an area of your body, you cannot really target/trim or lose weight in those trouble zones. T-Tapp gets beyond that problem by “waking up” the muscle groups and trouble zones your brain is disconnected from to help you achieve muscle awareness and twitch so that you can burn fat in your “hard to reach” places.
Honestly, T-Tapp is so much more than a workout that burns calories and fat, it’s also a left/right brain, mind/body workout that can help keep you stay sharp! It helps your body rebuild fitness and function from the inside out –metabolism, lymphatic system, Krebs cycle (these are bio-mechanics which enable your body to process carbohydrates better without gaining weight). It also helps your body improve biochemistry and brain health (hormones, mental clarity and mood). A big reason why T-Tapp is SO effective is because it rebuilds your body’s resting rate of glucose utilization, which is a key factor in maintaining a healthy body that looks and feels better – especially when you are experiencing hormonal issues.
