Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or what ever you do, do all to the glory of God. (1 Cor. 10:31)

Recipes

You can search for recipes in the dropdown menu or on the sidebar. Each recipe includes abbreviations to help you find those safe for your particular allergies and/or needs.

Because our food/health journey has changed several times over the years, this blog contains a variety of recipes: gluten-free, anti-candida, and traditionally prepared whole foods.

Travis, my hunk of burnin’ love, has gluten allergies so he eats gluten-free.

We’ve both had candida so we’re on an a ‘relaxed’ anti-candida diet to keep it in check.

The kiddos and I are not gluten-free, however the health benefits of sourdough are such that I don’t make bread products anymore unless it’s with coconut flour (grain-free), soaked flour, or a sourdough recipe. The kids also eat a few more whole grains and fruits than Travis and I do so there might be some of those recipes here and there as well. :)

Have fun browsing!
